Our Step by Step Process
Step 1:
You express interest to Dancor Energy that you would like assistance in securing the electricity provider or natural gas provider that best fitst your needs.
Step2:
We obtain your electricity usage history from your electric utility through a Letter of Authorization on a confidential basis.

Step 3:
We package the information and provide it to our pre-qualified suppliers for their review.
Step 4:
Once the suppliers have reviewed your information, they provide us with quotes. We then prepare a comprehensive analysis that compares your current energy costs with the new costs provided by the potential suppliers.
Step 5:
You decide on which supply offer to accept and execute a supply contract with that supplier. If you choose not to accept the offer, we obtain new pricing on a regular basis until we provide you with a proposal that is acceptable.
Step 6:
Once you sign a supply contract, we make sure that your account is enrolled correctly and that the price on the contract matches the price on your bill.
Step 7:
Dancor Energy will remain available throughout the term of your supply contract to resolve any issues that may arise.
